Epicor SoftwareApr 2025 – Present
Senior Product DesignerDesigned for Retail Operations, Inventory and Commerce; with the focus on improving product quality and velocity of two development and a large product management team.- Shaped Propello’s core modules; Sales/POS, Product Management, Customers, Accounts Receivable, and most utilities such as Integrations and Scheduling.
- Designed Epicor Fairway+, an AI assistant for store associates. Epicor Prism AI analyses and answers inventory and project based questions from a prompt, voice, or a photo.
- Set the UX foundation for Decor Fusion and the Contractor app: information architecture, navigation, mobile workflows, and design tokens. Frontend architecture recommendations were adopted by Engineering.
- Built the AI Design Lab, a prototyping workshop where product designers turn Figma flows into functional React Native prototypes. Codex generates the code; the designer iterates until the flow is ready for sign-off.

Product Designer- Designed over 50 interactive prototypes for Moen Smart Water Network and Master Lock Vault Enterprise applications and digital interfaces.
- Conducted over 100 usability studies and interviews, improving usability scores by 20% (UserTesting data).

Frontend Developer- Built the UI for the Provider directory search app v1 and v2. This involved use of Figma and advanced HTML, SCSS, and JavaScript.
- Wrote frontend code for the Pediatric fracture assessment tool using SCSS and JavaScript.
- Created new style libraries, patterns, components, and layouts for the Health Library and History/Centennial projects.
- Provided frontend code for the 2020 Presidential Debate website and served as a single Frontend point of contact for Google Optimize tests.
- Started, organized, and led Figma + Codesandbox design system project. Collaborated with stakeholders and improved the design to the development process by creating standards, workflows, and style libraries. Integrated Figma with other tools and cross-team processes and onboarded new stakeholders.

Web Designer and Frontend Developer- Owned the complete production process from communication with clients, feature reviews and product presentations to frontend Umbraco development.
- Created 11 functional prototypes, wireframes, mockups, and other assets and communicated technical feasibility expectations to clients.

- Designed 8 web user interfaces and style guides for brands like DayGlo color company, DAP and AD Protection Systems.
